May is National Foster Care Awareness Month. There are currently approximately 380 children in foster care in Sebastian County. Grace will be participating in the Walk a Mile in My
Shoes campaign by collecting new shoes for teens in the foster system through the month of April. Shoes need to be in adult sizes and can be dropped off in the designated area inside the lobby.
The shoes collected will be displayed on the lawn of Sagely and Edwards Realtors on Rogers Avenue on Thursday, May 15 for public awareness.
