Are you ready for warmer weather, sleeveless tops and shorts? Mackenzie Mullikin, a trained dancer and fitness guru, is here to help you get in shape! Join other women for a fitness class that combines a variety of exercises to help increase cardio endurance while strengthening muscle. We will do Cardio and Abs each time. Tuesday’s focus will be on the lower body, while Thursday’s workout will stress the upper body. Please bring 5 or 8 lb weights to use in class and a yoga mat. Click HERE to sign up.
