Do you have trouble thinking of words to say to God when you pray? Are you afraid some emotions are too intense to express to God? Do you reach the end of a day only to realize you haven’t prayed at all? You’re not alone. Prayer is the way we relate to God, but sometimes it’s a struggle. Throughout God’s Word, we encounter many voices who teach us how to pray.
In this study, join with six beloved Bible teachers who will help you study prayers in the Bible that can inspire your own. You’ll learn that God welcomes your praise and lament, your thanksgiving and intercession. You’ll see examples of how to pray when you’re alone and when you’re gathered with others. Above all, you’ll notice there’s no one right way to pray. As you draw near to God through prayer, you’ll find your faith strengthened and your heart united to Christ.

Anxiety is hard, complex, and the presence of anxiety can feel like a battle that will never cease. The fears and worries that run through our minds and shake our hearts can make us long for peace. But those with anxiety do not have to feel hopeless in their desire for peace, for God’s Word covers every anxious heart with the Peace of God. Through biblical truth and meaningful discussion, this study explores how to rest in God's presence and trust Him more fully in everyday life.

I’m a hard-working dude who enjoys the life God has given me. In my free time, you’ll usually find me bowling, spending time in God’s Word, or just relaxing with friends. Recently, God has been renewing my life in powerful ways, and I love praising Him for what He’s doing. I’m also raising one amazing boy and striving to be a God-honoring example for him—something I couldn’t do without the support of my Grace family.
Purpose for the Group
God has given me a deep heart for men. Too often, we as guys tend to isolate when facing life and its challenges—but that’s not how we’re called to live. We are called to know one another and to be known. This Men’s Weekly Sermon Recap Group exists to create space for that kind of connection as we gather to revisit Sunday messages, ask honest questions, and talk through how God’s Word applies to real life. Together, we’ll pray, relax, sharpen one another, and encourage spiritual growth—moving from simply hearing the sermon on Sunday to living it out during the week. Brothers, let’s lean into life together. I look forward to getting to know you.

Hi, we are the Cole’s! Our names are Robert and Natalie and we have been married for 4 years and together for 6! We have 3 children: Brandon (22), Maddy (17), and Evan ( 9 months). We are a bit unique! Robert and I met here at Grace over 6 years ago, we have a 14 year age gap but know God brought us together for a purpose and are excited to share our love for the Lord and marriages with others!
The purpose of our community group is to create a space for couples/married people to come and build lasting relationships with others who want to center their marriage around God.
We spend so much time caring for our children, aging parents and others but how much time do we take to sit and connect with our spouse and God. This is a chance for couples to come for an hour a week and focus on God together. It’s important to put God at the center and remember we are stronger together.

True faith produces fruit. A faith without action and without life change is ultimately a dead faith. The book of James speaks to the realities of a living faith in Jesus—the kind of roll-up-your-sleeves and get-your-hands-dirty discipleship that is borne out of an authentic relationship with the risen Lord. James writes to believers who know suffering, who've faced trials, and who ultimately desire a deep relationship with God.
Francis Chan unpacks the dense truth contained in the book of James in front of the iconic backdrop of San Francisco, the city where he lives and ministers. Through 12 sessions, Francis works through James verse-by-verse, challenging followers of Christ to move beyond a private, intellectual knowledge of God and His Word, to a vibrant faith that impacts every square inch of life.

Heaven. Who goes there? Where is it? What will we do there? Questions like these arise when we consider an eternal future beyond this physical life. How can we know the truth about what comes next? In this 7-session video-based study, Jennifer Rothschild explores the subject of Heaven from a biblical perspective. She will separate what’s true about Heaven from what’s based on legend, media depictions, and hopeful guesses. As you walk through the study, you'll not only gain a deeper understanding of what God has prepared for His children, but also learn how to live with confidence today as you look forward to the glorious unending that awaits. Don't just wonder about Heaven—embrace it with a faith that turns anticipation into excitement and peace.

I’m always on the go—whether I’m chasing my eight-year-old, working with teachers and students at Greenwood Junior High, or helping with our youth group on Wednesday nights. I’ve been married to my husband, Andrew, a fellow educator, for fifteen years. I love all things coffee, a good book, and any chance to spend time with my family. And if I can sneak in a fishing trip, even better.
