What the Community Services Clearinghouse Does for our Community

Our mission is to alleviate hunger across the seven counties we serve. Since 1979, Community Services Clearinghouse has partnered with churches, civic groups, community agencies, and schools to help meet the needs of vulnerable individuals and families in our community.
We provide support to children facing food insecurity, seniors, and individuals with disabilities, patients undergoing medical treatment, veterans, and working families experiencing hardship.
Through our core programs—including the Meals for Kids Backpack Program, Food Pantry, and Holiday Assistance programs—we provide direct assistance to those facing emergency and ongoing needs. We serve as both a direct service provider and a community resource, connecting people
to support while responding to immediate hunger-related needs. As our service area has grown, so has our impact, allowing us to expand programs and provide a broader range of services to those who need help most.
