Small Groups

God designed each one of us for community.  This means that we will not grow and experience the fullness of the Christian life outside of helping and being helped by others in the church.  The way that we do this at Grace is through our small groups.  Below you will find a variety of small groups that are available for Fall 2017.  These groups represent the heart of our church and we invite you to sign up and discover the joy of connecting with others and the power of God for a transformed life.  Below the description small group opportunities are the answers to some of the most common questions that people ask.

In this video series, Francis Chan joins together with his wife Lisa to address the question many couples wonder at the altar: How do I have a great marriage? Setting aside typical topics on marriage, Francis and Lisa dive into Scripture to understand what it means to have a relationship that satisfies the deepest parts of our souls.  In the same way Crazy Love changed the way we saw our personal relationship with God, You and Me Forever will radically shift the way we see one of the most important relationships in our life. Disciple 4

Length:  32 weeks

Leader:  Jim Acklin

Cost:  $40

Disciple IV Under the Tree of Life is the final study in the four-phase DISCIPLE program. The study concentrates on Old Testament Writings, the Gospel of John, the Epistles of John, James, Jude, and finally, Revelation. Emphasis on the Psalms as Israel’s hymnbook and prayer book leads naturally to an emphasis on worship in the study. Present through the entire study is the sense of living toward completion – toward the climax of the message and the promise, extravagantly pictured in Revelation. The image of the tree and the color gold emphasize the prod and promise in the Scriptures. The word under in the title is meant to convey invitation, welcome, sheltering, security, and rest – home at last.  Sign up at https://gracefs.com/events/disciple-4-2/.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there childcare available?  Yes, free childcare is available for both the Sunday night and Wednesday night classes.

Where will these classes meet?  All of the classes will meet at the church.

Why is there a cost for some of the classes?  Some of the classes require a book or a workbook.  The cost of the class simply covers the cost of the book or workbook.  Some of the classes are subsidized by the church to make it as affordable as possible.  We don’t ever want finances to be a limiting factor for anyone.  If you need financial assistance, simply contact pastor Jeff at and we will make sure that you have all the resources necessary for the class.
