Youth Programs

We have two youth ministries for different ages

DASH: 6-8th grade

DASH is our Middle School ministry for students in 6th through 8th grade. The  “dash” between our birth and death represents all the time we live on earth. What matters is how we spend our “DASH.”

Foward Motion: 9-12th grade

FM is our High School ministry for students in 9th through 12th grade. FM stands for Forward Motion.

Join Us on Wednesday Evenings

During the school year, DASH and FM meet routinely every Wednesday from 6pm to 7:45pm.

We have dinner, games, worship, biblical lessons, and small groups.

Small groups are split by grade level and male/female.

Other Ways to Get Involved

Each January, we provide a 9 week class that teaches basic Christian practice and values.

Alpha- For students 9th grade and older.

Students are invited to join our Alpha group that begins in the Fall semester. Inquiry based learning that engages students by making real-world connections regarding their faith walk.

Summer Camp- For all students

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I drop my youth off on Wednesdays?

We typically meet in the Student Ministry Building (STUMIN), so dropping them off at the corner of the STUMIN and Worship Center is best.

6pm and 7:45pm

What ages are part of the Youth Program?

DASH is 6th – 8th grade. FM is 9th – 12th grade

If my child has special needs, are they welcome to be a part of the program?

Yes, just please let us know and we will make all necessary arrangements to provide your child with the best, safest experience possible.

If I want my child to participate, can I just drop them off?

Yes….but we would love to know ahead of time, so that we can greet them and get them routed to the appropriate age group.

Do I need to complete paperwork?

The youth are typically old enough to complete their own basic demographic paperwork. Once they join us, we will gather information from them and get other data from you.

What is the ratio for youth to adult in your program?

We try to maintain at least a 6 to 1 ratio during our weekly events. Adults that lead our youth must be at least 4 years older than the oldest youth.
